Fearless leaps into the unknown have always come natural to me. But over the years, I’ve realized that’s not the case for everyone. Today, I help leaders navigate challenges, embrace innovation, and push beyond limits—because I’ve been there, and I know what it takes.
For over two decades, I’ve lived at the intersection of high-stakes leadership and calculated risk-taking. From pursuing orthopedic surgery in the 90s when women only made up 1% of the field—compared to a whopping 6.5% today—to shifting into an AI-focused healthtech leadership role where I’m helping define what responsible use in healthcare looks like (and training the machine-learning modules to fit within those limits), I’ve made a career out of going where others don’t.
I speak to healthcare professionals, business leaders, and women in executive roles who are navigating challenges I know all too well: overcoming obstacles, innovating responsibly, and balancing relentless ambition with purpose-driven leadership.
